Without teachers schools could not provide education, while students could not get the education they need. That’s why teachers play a very important role in today’s modern learning organizations and their success in meeting the neds of the 21st Century student. A great teacher must promote innovative leadership and pedagogy across all layers and roles of the learning community: school management, all faculty, students, parents, even citizens of their schools neighborhood, city or state. Say for instance, innovative immerse technologies like virtual reality and mixed reality may not be appropriate for all areas of education, at all grades. CHANGE YOUR WORDS-CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
As a students, I agree that technology alone does not improve education, but, nevertheless, the technology integration in the classroom performed by a teacher according to a specific objectives it could bring enough benefits to education. Accepting or rejecting technology into teaching practice is subject to a multitude of factors. However, avoiding or better limiting the use of technology by students or even more by teachers will back off education from the rest of the world. In this century people born as digital citizenship. Whatever in society: fashion, music, business, economy, marketing, technology has become integral part of technology. Education should be establish new ways for students to acquire the skills needed in our new world the so called 21st century skills. Cyber ethical awareness, creative skills, and problem solving skills are among the skills required for students to be successful in a world that whatever we know today might be expired tomorrow. We should therefore, remember that teachers are not any more the sole source of knowledge. As a students, we can acquire knowledge from the net and from anywhere, thus the implementation of technology will not in fact change the way students go about learning. For conclusion, you can be a good teacher and never use technology, and technology does not turn a bad teacher into good one. However, a good teacher who uses technology well can make great things happen.
